Museo dell'Olivo--Olive Oil Museum
http://www.museodellolivo.com/eng/vieni.
Welcome to the olive oil tasting station. While we learned of the historical, cultural and health benefits of the olive and its oil (I extend to thee the olive branch), I delighted in particular in the tasting station: delicate, fruity, traditional, special edition, etc. perhaps you want to try this tapenade or that spread? Y- to the UM!!

Genoa--and an Italian Dinner
We spent the day in Genoa, which is about an hour and a half from Imperia. The students visited one of the largest aquariums in Europe, Columbus's birthplace, and the harbor/old city of Genoa. We returned to Imperia for dinner at a wonderful pasta restaurant (all restaurants here are wonderful).
